Sarah Martin

Sarah Martin is an associate attorney at The Higgins Firm, working primarily with clients impacted by nursing home abuse and neglect. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science from Tennessee Technological University and a Master of Public Administration from Tennessee State University. She earned her law degree cum laude from Belmont University College of Law, where she served as Executive Notes Editor of the Belmont Law Review and participated in Moot Court. Prior to practicing law, Sarah worked in the nonprofit sector, advocating on behalf of victims and survivors of domestic violence and educating community members on domestic and elder abuse intervention.

Sarah and her husband Joey live in East Nashville with their ill-behaved dogs. In her free time, Sarah loves to travel, cook, and get into good trouble.
